Food Quality: 40/40 points
Great presentation in all food. Seasoned very well.
Atmosphere: 12/15 points
Although the decor and the tables are fine, the fish tank's colorful gravel distracts you from the food if you sit close to it.
Service: 18/20 points
Although you are always greeted and taken care of, the staff may misunderstand regional accents as they are all Chinese.
Seating: 6/10 points
The tables are adequate, but the booths are a cheaper, not permanent type.
Cleanliness: 15/15 points
No complaints.
91/100
The first restaurant is Atsumi. They serve a wide selection of sushi and Americanized Chinese food on their main menu. This is actually very good for what it is. But the real reason that they interest me is their secret Chinese menu. The reason it is called secret is because nobody tells you that it exists, and it does not get put on your table when you sit down. You need to ask for the "Chinese menu", and then you will get the menu for the traditional Chinese foods. These are miles better than any food on their normal menu, which is actually very good. It should look a bit like this:

If you have taken time to read the menu, you may have noticed that the English translations are a bit vague. That makes it even harder to chose things. When I was at the restaurant for testing, I ordered two dishes that added up to a total sum of 19.00 dollars. They were the following:
Shredded pork sautéed with bamboo shoots.
I am sorry for the horrible quality of the shot. It is actually much more vibrant in color. The savory flavors are very complex due to the use of a multitude of spices. There are some red pieces that are actually chilies here and there. The scallions give it a refreshing element, while the unique flavor texture of the bamboo shoots plays together nicely with the tender chicken.
This dish cost 9.95 dollars.

Sautéed Bok Choy
This is absolutely a must-have when you visit the restaurant. The leaves (dark green) are smooth and silky while the stems (light green) are chewy and a little firmer. This dish is especially good when you are eating something spicy. It helps by being rather neutral, like yogurt or other dairy products.
This cost 8.95 dollars.
Other tips:
If spicy is your thing, take a Szechuan-style dish. They will have the famous Szechuan peppercorns and loads of chilies. The Szechuan peppercorns are not only spicy, but will numb you and may remind you of medicine. And the chilies are just nasty little things. You'll never come across anything worse.
